Shipping policy

Your rental period begins on the first date of your booking and ends on the final date selected. Delivery and return dates are included within the hire period.

For example: A 4-day hire from Friday to Monday means the dress is delivered on Friday and returned Monday.

We recommend selecting your delivery or pickup date 1–2 days before your event to account for any potential courier delays.

Postal Orders: Sent via Express Post. Tracking is provided during the hire week. You are responsible for monitoring your tracking and ensuring you receive the parcel on time. For high-value dresses, a signature may be required upon delivery.

If you miss your delivery and the item is redirected to a local post office, you are responsible for collecting it promptly.
Bridal Rental Studio is not liable for delays due to uncollected parcels and cannot issue refunds or credits in such cases.

If a delay occurs due to the courier and your dress does not arrive on the scheduled delivery day, you’ll receive store credit valued at 110% of your hire fee, including postage.

Please note:
• Delivery is guaranteed by 6pm on your selected delivery day (per Australia Post guidelines)
• Local pickups are ready by 5pm on the scheduled date

We strongly advise starting your hire 1–2 days before your event to allow for delivery flexibility.
