“Clear and Simple Bridal Return & Refund Policy”

We understand your wedding or event is important, and we want your experience to be as smooth as possible. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations, delivery, and refund eligibility.

 

Delivery Information

Bridal Rental Studio offers Australia-wide Express Post delivery. Once your item is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking via email.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: $25 (includes prepaid return satchel)

  • Bulky Item Delivery Fee: $40 (for oversized garments/packages)

We aim for all items to arrive on or before your selected delivery date. Return instructions are included in your parcel. Do not dry-clean the garment, this is included in your hire. Cleaning fees only apply if permanent stains or irreparable damage are found.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund, including postage, if:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The item arrives in unacceptable condition

  • The item differs significantly from its description

To be eligible:

  • The dress must be returned immediately, before your event date

  • It must be unworn (try-ons are acceptable)

  • Refunds will not be granted if the item was worn, even if it arrived late or wasn’t what you expected

Cancellations

Bridal Rental Studio does not offer refunds for cancelled bookings. Instead, we offer store credit, minus a $30 cancellation fee, if the following conditions are met:

  • Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before your hire start date

  • Credit is valid for 12 months and is non-transferable or extendable

  • Once used to book again, the booking is final (no further changes or cancellations)

Note: We do not issue credit or refunds for fit issues. Please review designer sizing or contact us before booking—we’re happy to help.

Delivery Delays

We dispatch rentals early to reduce courier risks, but delays can occur. If your item arrives after your event and is returned unworn, you are eligible for a 110% store credit, valid for 6 months. This includes your hire fee and shipping costs.

Refunds are not available for delivery delays, only store credit will be issued.
